Who is eligible to apply for a position at A.I.F.? |

Anyone who is interested in global logistics and/or with relevant experience is eligible to apply regardless of sex or
age. However you must not have any reasons for disqualification regarding overseas travel and male applicants
must have completed their national service or have a valid reason for exemption. For further information, please consult the ‘Application information’ menu. |

Can I only apply online? |

Yes. You need to apply online through the A.I.F. website. |

Is it mandatory to use the application form provided on the website? |
|
You may format your own application form. However, please ensure that it includes all the mandatory fields
as denoted by an *. |

Are there other documents that are required in addition to the application form? |
|
Please attach copies of any qualifications and test results that you may have. If we require any specific documents during your application process, we will contact you. |

What is the A.I.F. online database? |
|
It is an online database of applications that allows you to be considered for a relevant position on an ongoing basis. |

How do I know if my online application has been received? |
|
After you submit your application, a message saying ‘your application has been successfully submitted’ should appear on the screen. |

I would like to alter my application. However, I have lost my password. What should I do? |
|
You will need to contact the administrator (aif@aifcompany.com) by sending an email with your name and national ID number. |

How do I alter my application once I have already submitted it? |
|
You can access your application by entering your name, password and national ID number on our online application system. Once you have made changes to your application, you will need to upload it again. |

What are the standard work hours? |
|
We operate a 40 hour week. A typical work day lasts from 09:00 to 18:00 and you may need to work Saturdays depending on various circumstances. |

What is the apprenticeship period at A.I.F.? |
|
All new employees undergo an apprenticeship period for the first three months. During this period, we will assess
your progress and decide on your future role at A.I.F. With regards to pay, graduate recruits will receive 80%
of the agreed sum, and employees with experience will receive 100% of the agreed sum.. |

Are foreign languages apart from English considered in the application process? |
|
If you can speak a language of a country that is in the A.I.F Network, it will be considered favorable. You must submit the relevant language certificates and the assessments to be valid within the past two years of your application. |

How is the 1st stage interview carried out? |
|
You will be asked to complete 2~3 essays and we will carry out an assessment of your job related skills (experienced hire). You will also be interviewed by a panel of current A.I.F. team managers and be asked questions on your basic skills, qualities and experience as well as professional knowledge. |

How is the 2nd stage interview carried out? |
|
You will be interviewed by a panel of executives. You are required to give a presentation and the executives will explore evidences of your skills and expertise. We will also determine whether you will be able to settle into the A.I.F. philosophy. |

What should I wear to the interview? |
|
Please dress smart. |

When will I know the outcome of my application? |
|
We will contact you at the various stages of your application through the email address stated in your application. |
|

If I apply to an overseas office, will I begin working there immediately? |
|
If you desire to work abroad, you can apply to our overseas program. Typically, you will need to go through an apprenticeship at the Seoul office or at a relevant branch office before a final decision is made. |

Is the application process the same if one applies for an overseas post? |
|
Yes. However, you will undergo additional language tests and other role specific assessments. |
